I do not like to take commissions/trades from anyone who is under 18. I have been burned to many times in the past.For NSFW I will ask for proof of age.
A picture of you holding a valid ID clear enough that I can see your picture & date of birth (D.O.B) on the ID. Everything else can be blacked out on the ID.My art can take anyweare between 3 days to 2 weeks or longer (I try not to take over 2 weeks) depending on how many commishions I have at that time & how my health is doing.
(I have a compromised immune system along with other health issues, so I don’t know when or for how long I will get/be sick.)
I try to communicate as best as I can when I can.I do send W.I.P.'s of the art I am doing & they will have my watermark over them. You get 3 changes in the lineart phase before I color the art. One change after the art is colored & finished.
If it's a base fill you get one change for the lines then one change after it is finished being colored.
DO NOT wait weeks to tell me something is wrong with the art. I will not/can't fix it after a week (7 days). After a week I delete the art from my projects and will only have the finished pice.Characters I am selling/trading will only be put on hold for 1 month. If no communication is given or progress shown, then they will be put back in the trade/sale folder & you loose your opportunity to get them.Characters traded can not be traded until a week (7 days) has passed after having the character.Characters that are traded can not be sold unless art is added to them.Characters sold can not be sold for more than what they were sold unless art was added.Any commissions or art I have created I have the right to use as examples of my completed work unless we have talked about not using the art as examples during the process of me making the art.Anyone on my Black list can not:
Own any characters created by me.
Commision me or you can not commishion me for anything for them. If you commission me for them you will be put on my grey list. What that means is you will be put on probation for a month from getting any commissions from me. If you do it again you will be put on my blacklist for breaking my T.O.S.
They cannot use my characters I have created/currently own, or have any art created by me. (Unless they got the artwork, or the character I made art for that is not my creation had the art beforehand.)REFUND POLICYI will only issue a full refund before I start on the art. If I have started on the art & have done the line art you will only get a partial refund for that art (half of what you payed).

For lying about multiple things to start off with.
Lying about P2U bases she owns. (she asks others to give her the bases. She is banned by a few artists & is not allowed to have their bases.) Lying about her finances & that she is constantly hurting for money when she spends money on Fursuit parts & other random things. Lying about her health & how she's not allowed to go to the Dr because her partner (or whatever he is at the moment to her) will not let her. Just to name the major ones.
Majorly guilt tripping people into getting commissions or buying adopts/characters from her.
Not telling me or others about her large que and that I could be waiting up to 6 months to a year for a simple fill because she over booked herself with fills. She told me that she posted it on her socials but I never saw anything saying that her que was big or that you would be waiting a long time. Saying her commishions were closed but then turns around and guilt trips & begs people to buy characters/adopts or fills from her. Not doing commissions in the order she received them & does whatever ones she feels like at that moment. She will also ghost or take ages to reply to you & not give you regular updates about your commishion.
She lies about practically anything to get her way & doesn't care about others feelings. She will tell you to "get over it" when you express that something someone posted in one of her chats is a trigger or makes you uncomfortable.
She only cares about herself and what will benefit her in the end & doesn't care who she hurts in the process.
Overall Emmy is not a good person to do business with or be in contact with. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt when I saw the bewares but now she's showing her true colors when I joined her Telegram chats, & now I see I was wrong for defending her & that everyone else was right about her.
She has threatened multiple times that she was going to leave the fandom then just turns around & makes a new business name & trys to act like someone different or say it wasn't her & puts the blame on someone else but then slowly over time shows her true colors.
